Hello there! I’m Milo. I’m a writer and game developer who loves all things fantasy, sapphic, and creepy. While you can find more about me on my About the Author page on my website, EntityHideout.com, I figured I would take the time to introduce myself fully.
Over the years, I have taken up a lot of hobbies, all of which I hold dear to my heart. While I have mainly shared my writing endeavors, I also like game creation and programming. One of my many goals over the next few years is to move away from Google Sites and fully program my website for maximum control and chaos. I haven’t shared any of the games I have made, due to my mind dragging me from one idea to the next, and never truly sticking to one. Although, I hold all of my unfinished projects dear and I’m grateful for the experience and information each one has given me.

I tend to share my writing a lot, though it’s mainly short stories that have been posted recently. In the background of posting these stories, I have been working on bigger projects, though, and have one that I’m ready to share.
Book one in the Field Guides and Notebooks series, Field Ranger’s Guide to Woodland Creatures, is going to start releasing its chapters on June 7th and will have a biweekly update schedule on Saturdays. It’s a fantasy novel filled with magical creatures, rising tension, and a romance between two girls both looking for ways out of the holes they have dug themselves into.
I have completed a good chunk of chapters for Field Ranger’s Guide in advance to help with the release progress, and hope that you’ll find this story that has comedic scenes in between healing and emotional weight as enjoyable to read as it was to write.

Starting June 14th, I will be releasing my Patreon with one tier called ‘gem miner.’ Gem miner Patrons will be able to receive Patron-only updates, longer teasers, and exclusive pieces of art depicting characters and scenes.
During June, I will be hosting polls to see what character cards they want to see and what other rewards I can give.
Starting on the week of July 6th, patrons will start receiving weekly chapters instead of bi-weekly chapters. This means that the next chapter those Patrons receive will be on July 12th instead of the 19th.

Overall, I am happy to announce this upcoming project after a few months of going ghost, and if you were during that time of me being silent, I do apologize for it.
I tend to get burned out during specific months of the year, and it causes me to not want to do anything other than hide. It’s a struggle to pull myself out of that slump due to the shame it causes me, and if this has caused you any sort of worry or frustration, I fully understand and take responsibility for it.
As of right now, I have a writing schedule for the Field Ranger’s Guide that will allow me to get all the required chapters done before those months of the year. This will allow me to continue to release the chapters at the same quality you all expect and deserve while also allowing myself some leniency during those difficult months. I will be updating you all with a warning on when these months will accrue and providing updates through them. I can only hope that you all will be patient with me and thank you for your continued support.
What’s Next?
With that all out of the way, I am super excited to share this project with you all. I have been loving writing the characters, exploring the animals, and fleshing out the dynamics, and hope that it will end up being a fun read for all of you.
